Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Unsame, a service operated by Foremind, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). We keep it in plain language, because you should actually be able to read it.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We never see your Google password.
  • Content you create. Designs, images, prompts, posts, and other content you create or upload on the platform.
  • Order information. Shipping address, order contents, and purchase history when you place an order. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
  • Usage and device information. We run our own analytics, which record events like page views, clicks, signups, and purchases, along with IP address, browser and device type, and identifiers stored in cookies or your browser.
  • Error and diagnostic information. When something goes wrong, we automatically collect error reports — such as the page you were on, technical details about the failure, and your browser and device type — so we can detect and fix problems quickly.
  • Support conversations. When you contact us through the support chat or send us feedback, we receive the messages you send, along with your name and email address if you are signed in.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Process orders, payments, production, and delivery;
  • Send transactional communications such as order confirmations and shipping updates;
  • Understand how the Services are used, and measure and improve our marketing (see Section 4);
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We advertise to help people find Unsame, and we measure whether those ads work. To do this, we share certain activity data — for example that a signup or purchase happened, together with identifiers such as a hashed email address, IP address, device information, or an ad click ID — from our servers with advertising and analytics partners, including Meta, TikTok, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and PostHog. These partners use the data to measure ad performance, build and refine audiences, and improve ad delivery. Their cookies, pixels, or scripts may also run when you use the Services, and some analytics features may record how you interact with our pages (for example, session replay with sensitive form inputs masked) to help us find and fix usability problems. We also use PostHog to collect error and diagnostic reports when pages fail to work as intended, and these reports may be linked to the corresponding session recording so we can reproduce and fix the problem.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing activity data with advertising partners like this may be considered "selling", "sharing", or use for "targeted advertising" under some U.S. state privacy laws. Section 8 describes the choices you have.

5. How We Share Information

  • Service providers. Companies that help us operate the Services: payment processing (Stripe), production and shipping partners (who receive your name, shipping address, and the items to produce), cloud hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers (who process your prompts and images to generate designs). They only receive what they need to do their job;
  • Customer support chat. Our support chat is provided by Crisp IM SAS ("Crisp"), a French company. Messages you send through the chat, along with your name and email address if you are signed in, are processed and stored by Crisp on servers in the European Union;
  • Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 4;
  • Legal authorities. When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
  • Business transfers. If we're involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, run our own analytics, and support the advertising described in Section 4. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect core functionality like staying signed in. Our Services do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Order records may be retained after account deletion where required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of "sales", "sharing", or targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@unsame.ai from the address associated with your account (or with enough information for us to verify it's you). We will verify and respond to requests as required by the laws that apply to you, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

You can also delete your account at any time from your settings page, which removes your profile and content from the Services subject to the retention rules in Section 7.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please keep your Google account secure and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice such as email.
