Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire, and neither do badge rewards, creator rewards, or welcome credits. Your free daily credits refresh every day and are spent first, so what you paid for is always the last to go.
Do I need credits to order something?
No. Ordering anything, yours or anyone else's, never uses credits. Credits are only for creating designs, and packs of 300 credits and up add a discount on your orders.
Do I need to know how to design?
No. Even something as loose as “I want something cool” works. Minutes later the AI comes back with polished designs you might not need to tweak at all. Everything after that is on us, from printing to shipping. If you can put it into words, you can make it.
What can I put my design on?

How do credits work?
Credits go toward generating images: every image is full print-ready quality, fast generation uses 10 credits each and relax generation uses 5 at half price. You get free credits every day, and the credits you buy never expire. Browsing, publishing, and ordering products never use credits.
What is the difference between Fast and Relax?
Same print-ready quality, different speed. Credits you buy run in Fast and are ready in 1-2 minutes at 10 credits an image. Free credits run in Relax, typically 1-4 minutes at 5 credits.
What comes with a credit pack?
Fast generation on every image and credits that never expire. Packs of 300 credits and up also unlock 12 to 24 months of perks, counted from the day you buy: 10% to 15% off every order, 10 to 60 credits every time someone orders your design, up to 3× credits from badges, and up to 8 images generated at once.
What happens if I buy another pack?
Your credits add up, and every pack's perks run on their own clock from the day you buy it. When two packs overlap, you get the better perk of the two, and each set of perks ends on its own date.
Does the pack discount stack with my first-order discount?
Yes. Your first order gets the 20% welcome discount and your pack discount on top of it, and the pack discount keeps going on every order after that.
